Re-Gen architecture is a young and dynamic architecture studio founded by Yusuf Dadabhay. Yusuf holds a Masters Degree in Architecture from the Graduate School of Architecture (GSA – UJ) with a specialisation in sustainability and materiality. His passion for design and ability to combine sustainability with contemporary technologies is what Re-Gen architects prides itself upon. 

At Re-Gen we use our knowledge of both traditional and cutting edge construction techniques and materials to design buildings that have a strong influence from nature. We pride ourselves on designing for better interior climate, reduced heating and cooling, utilising natural lighting and futureproofing your building. We also have a solar consultant on board right from the onset, should you decide to go off grid.

Our attention to detail in the design and in the timeous execution of our projects is one of the keys to our success with clients.

Our design services are catered for private clients and developers on new homes and additions and alterations, Offices, Retail, Student Accommodation, Filling Stations, Shopping complexes and loads more. We have also worked in collaboration with external architects in parts of Africa.

Our team consists of Architects, Engineers, Town Planners and Quantity surveyors. We’ve been lucky to work with such diverse clients who continue to inspire us and enhance our portfolio of knowledge.

Working from South Africa, Re-Gen architecture and associated Professionals are fully licensed with The South African Council for Architectural Professionals (SACAP). The Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA) and The Association of South African Quantity Surveyors (ASAQS)
